Never be out of touch or unavailable to your patients! Medical Communications USA's Voice Mail can be accessed anywhere from a touch-tone phone. Each voice mailbox is protected by a password and ensures absolute confidentiality.

You can choose to be notified of your messages via phone, e-mail (wav file), pager, or cellular text. Our customers may change their notification number at any time.

If you are away from your office or cellular phone, you may specify the phone numbers of other locations - typically cellular, pager, work, and home numbers - to which Medical Communications USA services will connect you with incoming calls and messages.

We know you are busy with your patients and practice, that's why Medical Communications USA offers call-screening, which allows our clients to hear who is calling before answering any incoming calls that are forwarded to them.

Conference calling can be provided as an optional feature to your service. With this feature, you are able to initiate a secure conference call at anytime. It is password protected so unauthorized callers cannot use the feature without your participation.
